I Finally Launched My Personal Website
I finally built a place of my own to share what I’m building, what I’m learning, and the ideas and experiments I pick up along the way.
For a while, I’ve wanted a place on the internet that’s actually mine.
Not a company website. Not LinkedIn. Not another social profile.
Just a place where I can share what I’m building, what I’m learning, and the things I find interesting along the way.
So, I finally built it.
Why a personal website?
Most of my work happens behind the scenes.
I’ve been building websites and software for years, working with clients, running my own company, experimenting with new technologies, self-hosting way too many things, and starting projects simply because I wanted to see whether I could make them work.
A lot of that never really gets shared anywhere.
I want this website to change that.
This blog will be a place where I can document the process, including the things that work, the things that don't, and the ideas that are still somewhere in between.
What I'll write about
There probably won't be one specific topic.
Expect posts about software development, design, running a business, building products, infrastructure and self-hosting, AI, experiments, and whatever else I'm working on at the time.
Some posts might be detailed technical write-ups. Others might just be a short thought, something I learned that week, or an update on a project I'm building.
I don't want to turn every post into a polished article written for an algorithm. I'd rather make this a genuine archive of my work and ideas.
Building in public, a little more
One of the reasons I'm starting this blog is that I want to get better at sharing work while I'm doing it.
It's easy to spend months building something, solve a hundred interesting problems along the way, launch it, and immediately move on to the next thing.
But the process is often more interesting than the finished product.
So I'm going to try to document more of it.
And this website is the starting point.
Let's see what it turns into.
